- The best way to contact us is via email or a text message as we are busy caring for our client's pets most of the day.
- Dogs need to be up to date with vaccination including kennel cough vaccination and de-worming/flea treatment.
- We can only accept dogs that are neutered (unless puppies).
- Dogs must be registered with a vet (no liability for vets fees accepted).
- We cannot accept dangerous breeds or aggressive dogs.
- We may be able to help with home boarding (limited availability).
- If you need a tailored service we may still be able to help and are happy to discuss your pet's care options.
- You can always upgrade to another service.
